- Device Protection - To request device protection once the school year has started please fill out the In Year Device Protection Plan Request ticket on our ticketing system.
- Technical Support - To report damages or account issues, please fill out a ticket on our ticketing system or have your student come to the Tech Department for assistance.
- Wireless Hotspots - To request a wireless hotspot, please fill out a ticket on our ticketing system or call the building principal to place a request.

Password Reset and Updating Functionalities
We have now implemented the option for parents and guardians to reset their own passwords, along with updating information like addresses, phone numbers, emails, and relationships, Click on "more" and select demographics or family information to update fields. Some update requests will require approval and changes will not show automatically. Please note that any changes in guardianship will need legal documentation. Approval or denial of updates will be posted in your portal message center in your inbox.
Portal Help
Students may contact Stacy Adams in the District Office for help with the portal during the school day. Parents/Guardians should contact Stacy by e-mail at adamss@isd345.org.
